I was in an auto accident a few years ago and fractured my back and injured my neck. They recommended that I have my back fused at the time and I just couldn't do it. I figured there had to be other options before accepting surgery as the only one... After numerous treatments my experience started at Optimal Health with 3 times a week chiropractor and 1 times a week massage. I really noticed after about 3 weeks how much better I could move but I didn't think I was improving that much. So I talked to my husband about giving up. He pointed out how well I can move and bend, I am sleeping through the night, I am not dropping things or tripping all the time. Wow, okay, so I guess I am improving more than I thought. The next couple of weeks I started to get energy back that I didn't know I had. I now feel like I am getting my life back and am finally able to enjoy doing things with my family instead of just existing day to day. I am so grateful that I chose to try chiropractic care because I have avoided surgeries and I am really excited to have energy and enjoy life again.

After a few months of treatment for my pinched nerve between L3 & L4 my physical activities are no longer hindered by pain. Getting back to normal!
